Well We have to apologize to all that are regular followers to our blog. Those who are not aware , we have made a big change with our family and Kennel. We have relocated to Quesnel B.C. and 1800 km or about 1100 mile trip 55 dogs, and 25000 lbs of house hold, and "kennel stuff". If you are picturing the traveling "hill billys" in you head well it was pretty close. So with the help Marcel and his dog truck we were able to get the majority of the dogs down in one trip, Kate followed after with the puppies. We drove all night taking about 23 hours for the trip pulling over for a couple of hours for a quick nap. Sam (our oldest son) had mae the trip a about a week ealier to get the dog yard set up, setting up posts, making chains, and buliding dog houses. So when we arrived we only had to tie the dogs out to thier respective posts. We have been in the new place for 11 days now and are starting to settle in a bit more. Jean finaly popped her pups yesterday ( July 26th) pics to follow . a very uniform bunch. Strawberry's are ripining daily , and the translusant apple tree is full ! we also have crab apples, and a pin cherry tree, rubarb and asparagous , note* does anyone have a pin cherry receipe? So Not the we have a bit more enjoy the atmospher time, we hope to devote some of it to the blog to keep you up to date on things. thanks for all the great "webmails" we have been getting ,, yes we are getting them... just short of time to reply! till later, Warren Kate and Family

Hello all! Just a quick update to let you know why the weeks of no activity on our website....we have succesfully moved the kennel to its new home in Quesnel BC!! Warren and Sam came down to the property a few weeks ago to set up the main dog yard, a puppy pen and a seniors pen. They did a fantastic job in a very short period of time. The drive down went well. Warren and Sam had 32 dogs in our dog trailer and our great friend Marcel brought down 14 in his dog truck. I followed a few days later ( after cleaning the Yk house) with Naboo's five pups and our mascot Mica - our one Siberian. The seven of us had a great trip. THe pups were great travelers. The dogs are all settling in well and we are all estatic to be here. The place is a dream come true. When we get the internet set up out there we will post some pics of the new place. Right now Warren and I are sitting in a coffee shop in Quesnel killing a few minutes before we go see the lawyers for all the final stuff. We hope all is great with all of you and we will get back to being in touch now. Afterall all we have to do now is unpack and get settled...after the craziness of packing that actually does seem a much easier job. Cheers, Kate
